My Name is Hodmende Germain, I go by HG, Joshua and or Sleeplessartpunk. I’ve been an artist for over the 10 years. I create both original and fan art. I draw in both traditional and digital mediums. As a 90s kid I fell in love with anime thanks to the influences of Toonami and Adult Swim. Anime has a huge influence in my art work in addition to other mediums such as western cartoons, videogames, manga, fantasy/cyberpunk based literature and lastly comics.My artwork showcases elements from both Japanese manga and American comics. I apply the various inspirations to illustrate both retro and modern anime, comic, and video game characters to create a fresh perspective. As an aspiring manga/comic artist, my goal is to leave my footprint in this world to inspire other artists.
