Chairs: Every booth will have 2 chairs, if you don’t need them just let us know.
Parking: There is limited parking at the rec center.Please park in the city hall lot or overflow lot. Park in the green section unless it has been designated as not parking. We have limited spaces and have a shuttle service to try and make sure no one leaves due to not finding parking. https://sugoipopcon.com/parking-info/
Attendee Convention Redemption Lottery and Prize giveaways (Please read carefully!)
This year, we will have several attendee prize giveaways and activities. Please check in to receive your vendor’s packet.
- Mega Ichiban Kuji: Last years event was a tremendous success! The only change for this year will be using an ink stamp rather than handing out physical tickets. A big part of the success of the Mega Ichiban Kuji event is having enough prizes to offer the attendees. Although donations are not mandatory, we highly encourage all vendors and artists to donate prizes for this event. - Sugoipop Cash / Con Bucks: Attendees have the opportunity to win Con Cash. If you receive any Sugoipop Cash, treat it as cash and bring them to the con booth for reimbursement at any time.
- Pokemon Go Scavenger Hunt: New for this year! To encourage engagement at all the booths, we will have a con wide Pokemon Scavenger Hunt. Within your vendor’s packet, you will find a pokeball. “Hide” it at your booth. Attendees are encouraged to go to all the booths in search of this pokeball. All booths are assigned a unique number and stamp. If the attendees Scavenger hunt playing card has your ID number, then you will stamp their card.
