EXHIBITOR POLICIES:
50% refund on Vendor and Artist Alley space up to two months prior to SugoiPopCon.
No Refunds after that time period. Vendors/Artists can find replacements to take over their booths as long as they receive approval from SugoiPopCon.
*Each space comes with (2) vendor Badges. Additional Vendor Badges will be available for purchase during load in.
*tables available for $20.
If accepted, we will send you confirmation and a passcode to purchase your space. No space will be reserved until payment is made.
We reserve the right to deny any exhibitor and refuse/refund any exhibitor payments if we feel at any time they are non-conforming to our event. We reserve the right of booth/artist alley placement.
