Sugoi Pop Con is thrilled to announce a special concert performance by the incredibly talented Muku!
Inspired by a rich family legacy—her mother a pianist, her aunt a singer, and her grandmother a traditional Japanese musician who once performed at Carnegie Hall—Muku has carved out her own unique path in the world of music.
Known for her powerful original songs, Muku held regular concerts in Tokyo every three months and captivated audiences at numerous events. Among her releases, the song “Asiato” has become her signature track, while her 2021 single “Midnight Demon” offers a haunting and evocative reflection of the despair and chaos brought on by the pandemic, blending dark tones with a deeply emotional sound.
Since relocating to New York in 2022, Muku has continued to evolve as an artist. She co-founded the anime song collaboration group ANITAP—a unique fusion of anime music and tap dance—and has been actively performing at Japan festivals and pop culture events across the U.S.
